Our e-commerce system allows you to order items or services. Our website contains pages which list items available for sale, alongside any possible options and the quantity you wish to purchase. Near to the item is a button which allows you to add the item to your virtual shopping cart. If permitted to buy more than one item at a time you will then be able to continue to browse our website to add additional items.
The checkout page contains a list of the items you have added to your shopping basket for purchase. It is paramount you check this list for accuracy before proceeding by confirming the order. You can edit the quantity and delete items from your basket on the checkout page. You will be shown delivery options available to you, or alternatively displayed the only delivery option we have available. You should only proceed to the secure payment pages if you agree to the shipping charge.
We use WorldPay for taking and processing online orders. You will be taken to a payment page securely hosted by WorldPay and asked to enter your payment details. Please check the total payment amount to confirm you agree to pay us the amount stated for the items and services stated. Only proceed to make a payment if you agree with the total amount shown. If your payment method is declined you may be asked to re-enter your payment details. Once a successful payment is made it will become a pending order on our system ready for us to process. You will receive an e-mail confirming your payment from WorldPay. We hold the right to cancel an order and make a refund at our sole discretion.
We declare no liability to you as the customer for any delay or failure of delivery due to factors not within our control, such as (but not limited to) problems with the Delivery Company, poor weather or industrial action.
