We currently offer delivery options at our check out to UK sites including Northern Ireland.
For deliveries to Europe, Middle East or other locations worldwide please contact us noting items required and delivery address. We will return a quotation if we are able to deliver to your required destination.
We use the best delivery companies to ensure that items arrive with our customers in good condition. Delivery companies in general charge for delivery based on the weight of the package so our delivery charges are generally based on weight.
The majority of items we offer will be delivered within a few days depending on our stock levels.
Where applicable for next working day delivery options, orders must be placed by 10am for a guaranteed next working day delivery.
Where an item is subject to longer delivery times we advise that at point of sale.
Because we offer Batteries and UPS (which contain batteries) many of the items we deliver are heavy. Our standard delivery service is door to door and you may have to make arrangements to move the items to their final position, particularly if this is upstairs. If this is difficult for you please call and we can arrange to have the item put in place. There will be a small additional charge for this service.
A remote area surcharge is an additional fee applied by all courier services for bookings made to and from remote locations. A remote location is defined by the distance of the address from the nearest delivery depot.

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging.
